Singapore Government Scholarship (Open)
The Singapore Government Scholarship (Open) is introduced to allow for greater flexibility for candidates who wish to keep their career options open. SGS(O) scholars can decide on which ministry to join after they graduate. PSC also sponsors scholars for selected Masters programme after the Bachelors degree.
Course of Study
A wide range of courses of study are available under the SGS(O).

Candidates offering GCE 'A' Levels
To be eligible for PSC Scholarships, candidates should offer at least 11 academic units.
